No. 1450 is the first property designed and renovated by owners Paige and Smoot Hull in a style they refer to as “modern vintage”, utilizing clean lines and open concept design while completing the space with antique pieces and vintage character. While No. 1450 can be reserved as an individual vacation rental, it’s also possible to rent the adjoining cottage, The Boho, to provide plenty of lodging for large groups and retreats. Much like the furniture and decor of The Boho, the pieces that fill No. 1450 tell a unique and memorable story. The luggage feature wall was inspired by Gail Rieke, a mixed media artist in New Mexico. The home’s long, white dining table is made from salvaged wood planks previously used at a carnival. Custom lighting fixtures include up-cycled industrial pieces and a real beehive with honeycombs still inside.
