Maid + Butler | Bridgeport, Connecticut
Maid + Butler is an adorable apartment located on the garden level of an 1886 Brownstone built by P.T. Barnum (cue “The Greatest Showman” soundtrack). Maid + Butler gleans its name from the original purpose of the space. During the turn of the century, the garden level rooms were used by maids and butlers who were responsible for cooking and cleaning for the residents who lived on the floors above. Located in the industrial seaport town of Bridgeport, Connecticut, this compact home is only minutes from the beach at Seaside Park, local art galleries, and several great places to eat and drink. The eclectic decor paired with original architectural features and local artwork make Maid + Butler a whimsical getaway.
